Before therapy with Sarah, I experienced low moods, lack of motivation and struggled to control my emotions. Since completing therapy my overall happiness has increased and I am emotionally stronger. Through MBR techniques and learning new tools I have been able to identify why I feel certain emotions and what I can do to meet my needs. The sessions with Sarah were safe and non judgmental, allowing me to feel completely comfortable talking about my feelings and coming up with solutions I felt comfortable with. The experience has been life changing, having a positive effect on not only my relationships with friends and family, but also helping me to understand myself better and how to look after my emotional wellbeing.
